Carpenter/carpenter helper

Looking for carpenters with deck,framing and some finish carpentry experience and willing to learn our way so that you can at some point be able to be sent out on your own to maybe fix an issue,add or complete a job.Willing to pay what your worth and you can determine what you wanna earn depending on performance.You must have your own license and transportation.Must have your own hand tools such as toolbelt,hammer,square and tape.Monday thru Friday Saturday's are are up to you we do work most Saturday's.
