Job Qualifications
Must have 5+ years diagnosing and repairing leaks on all types of Roofing Systems.
Must be able to perform appropriate repairs on EPDM, TPO, Mod Bit, Metal, and Asphalt Shingles Systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Valid and clean NC Driver's License,
Working knowledge of commercial/residential roofing procedures and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on Roofing Repair Position. Must manage and run small repair jobs within budget while keeping job standards that exceed customer expectations. Must have extensive knowledge (5+) in TPO-Thermoplastics, EPDM, Commercial Metal, and Asphalt Shingles. Some jobs may include residential wood work or commercial gutter work. Carpentry a plus as well as coating.
