Appliance Repair Triage Technician | Office Role
This key position as a leading contributor to our Appliance Repair services is for those seeking to join a performance-based organization celebrating over twenty years in business.
This corporate office role will meet immediate triage demands for SAMSUNG Laundry, Cooking, Refrigerator, TV with pending expansions to other brands and service providers.
Corporate Office Position
Report to the Director of Appliance Repair who manages operations for appliance repair services from our corporate offices.
The Appliance Repair Triage Tech will:
Pre-call appliance repair customers to perform triage
Diagnose needed repairs at 90% or better accuracy
Order parts and track delivery
Coordinate as needed with field managers, technicians and vendors
Manage texting chat bots and customer replies
Work order volume will begin slowly and ramp up to 60+ work orders per day
Requirements:
Employment is contingent on passing a third-party drug screen and criminal background investigation
Five years experience in the field as an Appliance Repair Tech is required if you have no direct experience performing Appliance Repair Triage
Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5 and may change to meet demands. CCi team members do whatever is required to meet schedules with our 1099 contract technicians. In the offhand chance of an emergency or a temporary schedule issue, CCi employees step up to meet deadlines.
