Fast paced Property Management Company seeking general maintenance service associate. Must have own tools and work independently. Must be able to paint, work with drywall, some plumbing and electrical work ect. This is a contract labor position, paid by the job. Please have qualifications and references. MUST HAVE VALID NC DRIVER LICENSE AND RELIABLE VEHICLE.
