apprentice/assistant

i need a male pr female that isnt scared to knock a cpl doors from time to time, take the job on like the life-changing opportunity it is, willing to do whatever i need done to help my business grow or just to run smoothly. i have had horrible luck with applicants on here but i am willing to try this one more time. if you come on board you will sign a non compete contract, you will learn this business top to bottom from me personally, you will commit to educating yourself even after you leave the office, you will need to want to work as many or as little hours needed to get the job done. you will need your own vehicle truck preferably not someone dropping you off every day. i am looking for one male and one female. you will be full time after your trial period of 2 weeks. i will pay you each day during this time but only if you show me you arent going to waste my time. i want you to want this job as much as i need someone to fill it but i will not settle for the liars theifs and lazy ppl i have been hiring. after your 2 week trial run if you make it that long you will make $20 an hour and with commissions on top of that there is no limit to the money you could make.if i hire the right people they should make 100k your first year. you have got to want it. i live in clemmons and i do not want to hire someone who lives more than 10 miles away.this job is demanding and you will be on call some days and it defeats the purpose to need someone immediately but they live 45 min away. i will need references, previous employers and a recent picture. if you do not send me all 3 of these i will not consider you for the position. i had an office manager make over 60k in 4 months about 2 years ago if you want an example of the money that is at stake. i want street smart ppl with the ability to pick things up quickly. if you have experience with quickbooks or xactimate i will probably reach out. i do not want any marketing companies responding this is for 2 individuals ready to work for an extremely generous knowledgeable and established business owner. do not respond to this without the attachments needed i will not look at them. thank you and good luck. 21 to 40 years old plz.
