Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, electrical systems/circuits

Evaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime

Complete preventative equipment maintenance and inspections

Assist with new commercial laundry equipment installations

Support inventory control of maintenance parts, materials, and tools

Perform all required safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out

Wear proper safety equipment at all times

Work within a team environment, receive verbal and written instruction/communication, continuously coordinate and accurately record progress on daily schedule

Professional interactions with customers and work team at all times

Job Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems/circuits is required

Plumbing knowledge is a plus

Proficient working with hand-tools, measuring devices, and power tools

Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally

Clean driving record

Must be able to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance documents, and procedure manuals
