Following is the job description for the role of Customer Service Representative at Canfield, OH This is a REMOTE position initially.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support inbound inquires for customers supporting product knowledge, customer service, and assist customers with scheduling and registration.
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 to 2 combined years of experience in Customer Service.
· · PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
· Advanced written and verbal communication skills
· Systems Aptitude/ Critical Thinking
· Keyboarding Experience
Good to have experience in handling technical issues on calls, email & chat support
Required Qualifications:
· High School or Equivalent
· Enthusiastic and exceptional communication skills
