On-Site Manager Position

We are hiring an on-site manager to manage approximately 90 units in Boardman, Oregon.

DUTIES:

Tenant Move ins and Move Outs

Advertising, leasing and showing vacant units

Rent collection

Work with maintenance staff to ensure tenant concerns are addressed and maintenance logs are updated.

Assist with the coordination of preventive maintenance

Provide effective resident relations

Assist with arranging vendors and maintenance staff for turnovers

Interact with management regarding ongoing property administration

Administer property in accordance with management agent's policies & state law

Assist in the direction, oversight, and quality control-related monitoring of maintenance staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Must speak and write both Spanish and English

Driver's license and personal vehicle required

Minimum of 1-year of property management experience

Must possess strong attention to detail

Ability or willingness to learn various computer software programs used by team.

Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team

Must possess a positive attitude and offer tenants excellent customer service

Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws

Present a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times while working

SCHEDULE:

Position is Full Time, 36-40 hours a week. First 30 days are a probationary period. Employee may set schedule at employee's convenience for anytime between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Open to a schedule of 4 days a week (10 or 8 hour shifts) to allow employee one day off during the week. Proposed Shift must be approved by management.

PAY:

Pay range is $16-$19 DOE.

Applicants offered positions will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process which includes criminal history and drug screen. Employees must have a car and a valid driver's license.
