Primary Responsibility:

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for providing direction, advice, and counsel. Guide leadership and employee actions by administering policies, developing communications, demonstrating, and enforcing the organizational values. Draw on knowledge and competencies to answer benefit questions, administer policies to resolve employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation. Responsibilities also include overseeing recruiting and selection process, planning and conducting new employee orientation programs, advising directors on policy matters, conducting internal investigations regarding compliance issues, recommending and/or delivering disciplinary action when warranted, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. The position reports to the CEO.

Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience general HR experience

  • 2 years’ healthcare experience preferred

  • 2 years’ general or HR management experience a plus

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Position is Salaried Exempt
