The office manager will be an energetic professional that can handle a wide range of administrative, accounting, and human resource responsibilities, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition to providing administrative support to the owner and project managers, the position requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual to maintain financial records, complete required tax forms, assist in processing payroll and provide accounting reports. Our ideal candidate has worked in a relevant field for at least three years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage office duties, including Accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Process payroll (with support of off-site payroll processing company)
Reconcile bank and credit accounts
Coordinate tax and compliance related information with our off-site CPA
Human resources, including processing new employee paperwork, managing employee benefits
IT support as needed
Reviewing client contracts
EXPERIENCE:
3 years office administration
Proficient in Quickbooks online
HOURS OF OPERATION:
8:00 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday
LOCATION
Seattle (Georgetown area) This is 100% in-office - no remote work option
WAGES:
Starting Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 D.O.E.
