Epicor IT Manager - Greater Milwaukee, WIEpicor IT Manager - Greater Milwaukee, WI Our client has opened up a role for an Epicor IT Manager who has a blend of high-level thinking skills and hands-on technical experience. The ideal person will have worked with Epicor ERP, networking/server setup and troubleshooting, and have experience with project planning and strategic thinking. This person will need to be local to the Greater Milwaukee, WI area and be onsite 100% of the time.Role & Responsibilities- Analyze business needs from users and communicate in an effective, clear way
- Identify, recommend, and develop project plans for the IT department while working within a budget - including: servers, networking, email, ERP, CRM etc.
- Manage all hardware and software support and work with any software/hardware vendors & consultants
- Hands on technical support with ERP system, Epicor ERP
- Oversee a small team of direct reports (2) responsible for Analysis and Helpdesk
- Responsible for hiring for IT department and conducting interviews for any future hires
Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years Epicor ERP (Version 10.1 or higher)
- 8+ years networking administration/management
- 5+ years SSRS, SQL reporting
- C# coding preferred
- Salesforce administration experience preferred
- Microsoft Office, CITRIX, CISCO, Sharepoint, VMWare, Active Directory, Operating Systems
