Q Analysts is a high growth technology consulting company with a focus on providing Quality Assurance & Testing and Ground Truth Data Services to top technology corporations in the US.Q Analysts is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Participant Recruiting team in Kirkland, WA. Our company’s focus is on ground truth data collection techniques to capture various types of data relating to humans, speech, and spaces to enable quality Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will possess an ability to write creatively, explore conventional and unconventional methods of branding and promotion and deliver innovative strategies to promote our various ground truth data collection initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities include using various channels to promote our projects and generate leads for participation. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ground Truth and Participant Recruiting teams to create and implement marketing strategies for different projects.
  • Experience in research and identifying complementary constructs (contacts, groups, etc) in the specified market segment, and broadcast opportunities.
  • Design, plan and execute marketing material and strategy (email campaigns, social media postings, etc).
  • Promote ground truth projects, events, fairs and webinars on social media.
  • Design and prepare marketing collateral, flyers, post card and brochures.
  • Prepare and generate marketing reports.
  • Coordinate content on various websites.
  • Stay up to date with local events, and marketing and technology trends.

Required Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge in email marketing, SMS marketing, content writing, graphic design, internet research and generic computing skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar tools.
  • Experience with SMS marketing tools like EZ Texting, SimpleTexting or similar tools.
  • Ability to strategize and think out of the box.
  • Social media influencer.
  • Familiar with latest trends in technology; AI/ML/AR/VR/MR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker and excellent content writing skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in reporting and statistical analysis.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with market research and lead generation.
  • Willingness to pound the pavement to generate and convert leads when necessary.
  • Fluency in any foreign language.
