RESTAURANT MANAGER

We're searching for a customer-oriented Restaurant Manager who can effectively lead team members and provide personalized, exceptional service to ensure every customer receives excellent customer service and always leave happy.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of three (3) or more years in a full service restaurant. The type of person we're looking for will bring a warm, sincere smile and genuine desire to serve guests to work every day. You must display a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to function as part of an effective team. We expect you to adhere to food safety practices, strive for accuracy and focus on delivering guest satisfaction. You must be able to report on time for shifts and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities Include:

- Open/close restaurant as schedule dictates

- Cash Management/Financial Responsibility

- All personnel issues/discipline

- Final schedule and projections

- Manager's schedule

- Payroll Time clock reconciliation

- Financial/Budgets: Labor, food, N/A bev, Operating expenses

- Ordering/receiving

- HR Paperwork/new hire

- Conduct second/final interviews

- Conduct Manager Meetings

- Follow up on FOH/BOH cleaning schedule or projects

- Repair and Maintenance issues

- Follow up all BOH issues with KM: Sanitation, Health Dept. concerns, waste management, plating and food specifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Minimum of 3 or more years of full restaurant management experience

- Possess a current Manager ServSafe Certificate, or be able to take and pass test

- Knowledgeable regarding food, beverage and room service techniques

- Strong working knowledge of Aloha point of sale system, employee time edits, and cashier close-outs

- Knowledge of PNL / labor, sales, food cost- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays except, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years day.
