Senior Systems Engineer

Stefanini Group is looking for highly qualified Systems Engineer to develop System and Component level Strategies and Technical Specifications for Vehicle Communication and Data platform. As Systems Engineer your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: Work closely with team of Architects, analysts and in-vehicle systems engineers of cross-functional teams to gain in-depth understanding of business strategies, Connectivity Products landscape and functionality Develop technical specifications including Architecture, Functional and Non-Functional for both system level and sub-system level Support in developing the Vehicle Communication platform strategies to align with priorities, product and vehicle program launches Develop precise and audience focused documentation/specification by applying industry standard technologies, modeling methodologies and concepts Play Product owner role for Vehicle Communications and Data platform product teams to develop user stories, manage the backlog and prioritization Participate and support all phases of product development activities to launch the products globally Skills Required: Knowledge and experience with systems architecture and engineering fundamentals and interoperability standards and emerging trends Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and experience with Enterprise Applications and Integration patterns Knowledge of vehicle to cloud connectivity or knowledge of Internet of Things is preferred Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to navigate through working teams across multiple departments/organizations Ability to work with large cross-functional teams under aggressive timelines and sporadic heavy workloads Ability to prioritize tasks on hand by evaluating long-term implications Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, both written and oral Self-learner and should be easily adapt to new concepts, tools, methodologies Experience Required: 6+ years of Experience with Web Services, Application Servers, Enterprise Service Bus, IoT 8+ Experience working with large enterprise systems, Message Oriented Middleware 6+ years of developing technical specifications by applying by applying industry standard Architecture concepts, modeling and patterns 6+ years of experience of XML, SOAP, REST, UML, Message Flows, SOA Security, Microservices and Messaging concepts 6+ years of experience in using Architecture/Software modeling concepts and tools (any standard tool) Experience Preferred: Prior experience in Auto, CAN, Telematics, wireless technology, IoT, cloud services, mobile app development is a plus Education Required: BS or MS Engineering discipline in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics
