Project Coordinator

Description Our client has an immediate need for their East Coast team assisting the team of Sales Engineer and Project Managers. This role will be joining a team of 4 other PM's. This person will be managing manage commercial customer service implementation. They will act as a liaison with end customers and internal Engineering/PM teams. This position will primarily manage Moves, Adds, Changes as well as less complex new install order types. They use Sugar CRM and ACE Project Management Software. Experience with this CRM and PM software specifically isn't a requirement, but a nice to have. Any CRM and PM tool experience will work. Must Have Skills (soft and hard skills including any software/tech knowledge): Good customer service/communication skills. Project Management experience. Highly Preferred and Valuable Skills to have: Experience in telecom preferred, attention to detail, ability to identify obstacles in advance and overcome or minimize those obstacles. Hours: Monday-Friday typically 8-5PM but they are flexible.
