PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES NEEDED

Are you a positive, energetic, self-motivated, super-organized, people-person that loves to accomplish goals and get results?

We need an Administrative Specialist to partner with us to help grow our Independent Life & Health Agent business.

Each week this individual will ensure our client appointment calendar is full with at least 20 sales appointments and assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as helping new agents onboard.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Initially, training will need to be provided on-site. Our home business office is located in Crimora, VA (20 minutes north of Waynesboro, 25 minutes east of Staunton, and 25 minutes south of Harrisonburg).

Gradually these services may become a hybrid of onsite and offsite work. Then eventually this will become a remote / work-from-home opportunity.

This is a flexible opportunity and the time and days services are provided will be mutually agreed upon between both parties. These services need to be provided at least 4 days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The highest priority will be calling potential clients who have requested information, and ensuring 20 client appointments are set each week, and sending out appointment reminders - with a goal of a minimum 60% show ratio for client appts.

Managing Google Calendar, utilizing dialing CRM’s, data management - such as exporting and importing CSV files, and frequent, positive communication via phone, text, and email.

Assisting new agent onboarding needs, and occasionally creating social media content.

COMPENSATION:

Initially the contracted rate will start at $460 per week (approximately 20 hours of professional administrative services are needed each week). This is an Independent Contractor 1099 opportunity.

Compensation for services will have the opportunity to be increased if there is consistent and superb performance. Other ways for compensation to increase is to complete the life and health producer licensing process and finish all contracting steps (becoming licensed will provide for higher levels of responsibility and increased pay/incentives), and bonuses will be possible when the business exceeds specific income goals.
