Project Overview: Apex Systems in Boise is looking for a Senior Business System Administrator to oversee and ensure the process of various IT operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of business systems
  • Implement change control processes and maintain software release levels and system design documentation for all environments for each application
  • Perform installation, upgrade and configure systems as required
  • Create, update, and maintain reports, scripts, programs, and data conversion strategies and interfaces with other software
  • Gather requirements and work with internal business users; recommend solutions to address the requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge
  • 7+ years relevant and progressive experience in this field
  • Working knowledge following: Kronos WFC, Ceridian, Microsoft CRM and IIS , Microsoft Dynamics AX (Azure), Management Reporter, FRx Forecaster
  • Strong experiences in working with MS SQL Server
  • Strong analytic with MS Access and Excel
  • Previous experience with report development against SQL databases
