We have invested in hundreds of projects in Pierce County, and have been very blessed!

What we do is very simple!

We unearth every single rock in our local communities to find investable real estate opportunities!

Simple Right! But not EASY!

One of our most recent team members will exceed $100k this year because he is busting his butt, doing the work we trained him to do! And doing the work others are not willing to do!

Only very motivated go-getters need apply!

It becomes beyond frustrating getting people all trained up on everything necessary to be succesful, then they maybe do a deal or 2, and then decide to coast and wait for deals to come their way! Saying, it's too hard! It doesn't work! I don't want to make that call!

WRONG! It does work! And it works well when you put your GRIT into it!

What will be required of you:

Minimum of 30 hours per week commitment

Real Estate License is not required, but very helpful

Must have reliable transportation

Pay for this position is very generous and solely based on what deals you unearth for our investors to purchase.
