Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fruit Packing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing orders with care and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and arrive in perfect condition. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully pack orders according to company standards and customer specifications.

Inspect fruit for quality and freshness before packing.

Label packages accurately and ensure correct order fulfillment.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate fruit with care.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for order accuracy.

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Availability Monday 8am to 4pm, Tuesday 8am to 12pm, Wednesday 8am to 4pm.
