Print Shop Production

Our family owned and operated print shop network is seeking a proactive and experienced on-site print shop lead to run our Konica and wide format equipment.

Printing Experience and Large Format Printing is Required!

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 3-5 years experience in a related field (like computers, machinery, output)

Experience with sheet fed Large Format Printing preferred

ability to motivate employees

customer service ability and experience in working with customers both over the phone and in person

Ability to communicate effectively with employees when delegating work and explaining procedures and processes

Expert knowledge of sheet fed stocks and wide format substrates

Partners with leadership to provide administrative and managerial support for the designated shop

Assists in organizing the shop workforce during regular hours or in an extra hours situation

Monitor and execute jobs from start to finish. From sales and invoicing to production, packing, shipping. Be sure to follow any special instructions, required proofs, and shipping info
