Description Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 500 Communications Enterprise in search of a Marketing Manager to join their team in Stamford, CT. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying and implementing efficient procedures and systems to ensure the company's marketing efforts align with both internal and external client needs while maintaining consistency across all initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven ability to manage complex campaigns and cross-functional projects.Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid)Duration: 3 monthsPay Rate: $60-65/hourHours: 40 hours/weekKey Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and creative plans to increase brand visibility and generate revenue.

Identify and implement streamlined processes to maximize the efficiency of marketing activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate strategies.

Establish priorities based on projected short- and long-term returns, optimizing the use of company assets and resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing priorities are integrated with corporate strategic and operational plans.

Oversee the production and delivery of marketing materials to support business initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution.

Support internal communications, marketing, training, and incentive development efforts to enhance company performance and engagement.

Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results and return on investment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a large organization or Fortune 500 company.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, with an understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
