Job Details Call Momis currently seekingaprep cook at La Dolce Vita its latest Los Angeles-based concept an upscale homage to the classic Italian-American restaurant. Call Momhas re-openedan establishment so steeped in Hollywood lore that it once could name Frank Sinatra as both investor, and biggest fan. With perfectly executed food and a nostalgic chic interior, hospitality and service will lead the way for an entirely new generation to call it theirs. Primary duties of the Prep Cookwill include but are not limited to: Prepare menu items and components following exact recipes, standards and protocols. Monitor stock levels for ingredients and help with product ordering. Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking. Respect, guide and motivate peers to ensure efficiency and quality. Maintain a sanitary and organized cooking station; adhere to and enforce strict health and safety standards.
