Media Specialist
JOB SUMMARYPosition will support the management of all corporate sponsorships, playing a crucial role in developing marketing campaigns and maintaining brand relationships. Oversight will include identifying potential sponsorship opportunities, reviewing proposals, and ensuring successful execution of all marketing tactics.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.We are seeking a dynamic Media Specialist, Sponsorships to join our team. The position will be responsible for developing and executing sponsorship partnerships and sports/entertainment media strategies for our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of the sponsorship and paid media landscapes.Key responsibilities: Manage the tracking and reporting of sponsorship performance data on a weekly and monthly basis to optimize strategy and performance. Work with Manager to determine key projects and timelines for all deliverables. Research and identify new sponsorship opportunities that align with organizational goals. Coordinate the fulfillment of sponsor benefits, including logo placement, media traffic, in-venue signage, hospitality assets, and on-site activations. Support budget management with regular forecasting, invoice tracking, and payment review. Cultivate long-term relationships with sponsored properties through regular communication and updates. Collaborate closely with Brand & Creative Strategy teams to ensure deliverables are tracked, developed, and delivered in a timely manner. Manage sports media traffic with regular calendar updates and alignment with weekly creative rotation. Day-to-day interaction with key sponsorship partners and internal team stakeholders. Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
