Description:We are seeking a tenacious Demand Planner Analyst for our Overland Park, KS office, who is able to function well in a fast-paced team environment, lead and coordinate across multiple functions including Operations, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and Procurement. The ideal candidate must have an exceptional experince in supply chain, must possess a thorough understanding of materials, inventory control and planning functions, as well as a solid understanding of a manufacturing environment.As the Planner, you will be responsible for:-Short term deployment plans from our production facilities to our warehouse network to meet customer demand. -You will be heavily communicating with the volume planners and plants to confirm proper finished good setups for the producing plants as well as the warehouses (domestic and international). -You will have overall responsibility for managing our current inventory health strategies along with proper SAP setups that effect production and inventory movement.-Responsible for identifying and standardizing supply chain best practices across all locations, while working closely with Commercial and Operations to ensure the right products are at the right place at the right time for the right customer.Pay: $31.25 to $32.69 Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Top Skills Details:Supply chainPlannerProcurementMs excelMs accessOMPSAPAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field is required. -2+ years of experience in an operations / supply chain role with at least 1 year in inventory control preferably from a food or food ingredient industry, required. Advanced Excel and Access (or other data base tool) skills, required. Proficient using Microsoft Suite, LX.
