• 5+ years experience required with a minimum of 2 years experience in a lead role.
• Solid experience of user interface and functionality design required.
• Experience with standard design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), interaction design, and web technology skills (like Flash, etc.) is required.
• Advanced knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS).
• Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas.
• Must be familiar with industry standards and trends.
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
• Must have the ability to own and drive projects. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
