Our client, [Industry Descriptor], is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Grand Prairie, TexasPay Range: $31.25 - $43.11 per hourWhat’s the Job?

Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment including CNC machine punches/breaks, ovens, wash tanks, powder paint booths, conveyors, and roller tables.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts per specifications.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, control logic diagrams, and schematics.

Analyze and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system issues.

Collaborate in the assembly, dismantling, and rigging of machinery.

What’s Needed?

Education: Associate’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or 5 years of relevant experience with a strong emphasis on electrical controls.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an industrial maintenance environment with experience in 480V / 3 phase electrical systems.

Specialized Training: Electrical qualification to work in control panels.

Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical tools, and intermediate computer skills.

Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., Perform coordinated movements, and work in various physical conditions.
