Office Admin / Customer Service
Chaucer has been in business since 1975 and is located conveniently near downtown Haverhill. We are a leather goods manufacturer that makes for many brands including a few of our own. Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Answering the phone and checking emails
Order entry and daily invoicing
Filing as needed
Processing incoming/outgoing mail
Assistance in creating purchase orders
Posting accounts receivables / payables
Other administrative duties, as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Resourceful, independent and able to handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Basic Excel and Outlook
Experience with QuickBooks helpful
Dependable with reliable transportation
