Overview

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Set up computerized numerically controlled machine tools

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Inspect first article part on any proven program and turn in for Quality Assurance

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure optimal performance

Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet customer standards.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

Collaborate with other team members to assemble and package products.

Utilize computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programming to create and modify machining programs.

Keep detailed records of production runs, including material usage and production times.

Demonstrate a commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Run multiple CNC machines.

Make necessary adjustments to set-ups during course of operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.

Mandatory 4th axis machining experience.

5+ years of experience in CNC set up experience.

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machine operations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience with quality control procedures and processes.

Ability to use micrometers, calipers, height gauges and dial indicators.

Able to modify basic CNC programs.

Excellent temp-hire opportunity. All shifts available.

1st Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm

2nd Monday - Thursday, 3pm-1am (20% shift diff)

Weekend - Friday - Sunday, 6am-6pm (work 36 hours, get paid for 40) (25% shift diff)

Job Type: Full-time $26-$29/hr
