job summary:Responsibilities:- Leverage existing purchased content and identify gaps/needs, based on trade compliance requirements- Where gaps exist, identify and define Illumina-specific content for insertion into off-the-shelf training modules- Coordinate creation and upload of training content into Illumina's Learning Management System (LMS) by the Illumina LMS team- Track and report 3rd party content provider deliverables, as well as LMS milestones and training launch- Proofread customs content for brevity, clarity, grammar, and spelling- Test updated training modules, report anomalies, and track the resolution of issues- Determine training profiles for employees based on training modules.
