Keep records and verify accuracy on outgoing shipments
100% accuracy for Data Entry of information such as; weight, measurements and item count
Creating documents for shipment such as bills of lading, invoices and order forms
Communicate with vendors via phone and email to ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Work closely with the customer service team to relay information on orders and shipments
Other administrative duties as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor
