Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of managing properties, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.

Duties

- Assist in managing tenant inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

- Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests

- Assist in preparing leasing documents and agreements

- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Support property managers with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

- Provide excellent customer support to tenants and property owners

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with Google Suite and other office software

- Experience with phone systems and computerized systems for property management

- Ability to organize, file, and maintain accurate records

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading documents

- Previous experience in an office environment or property management is preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
