Insurance Restoration Project Manager
Quality Contracting, Inc. is a well-established company based in Auburn that performs both residential and commercial insurance restoration. We are looking for qualified individuals with a residential construction background to perform estimating and project management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage insurance restoration projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Estimate construction costs accurately using industry-standard software such as Xactimate.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills to generate reports, communicate project updates, and analyze data.
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations throughout the construction process.
- Assist and support all co-workers and cross train when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current MA Construction Supervisor License a plus
- Complete knowledge of all phases of construction and current building codes.
- Experience in construction estimating required; Xactimate experience is a plus.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate information to clients, vendors, and employees.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, scheduling, and comprehending specifications to prepare cost estimates.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills.
