Must Be an English/Spanish speaker - most of our advertisements are in Spanish.

Must Be able to work weekends and have 2 days off during the week. The schedule is shown in the images.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.

Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential customers.

Schedule appointments for salespeople to meet with prospective customers.

Follow up on leads and maintain an organized database of customer information.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet the dealership’s targets and objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

Must Be an English/Spanish speaker - most of our advertisements are in Spanish.

Previous experience in retail, particularly in environments requiring detailed product knowledge and a high level of customer interaction.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively through various communication channels.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without face-to-face interaction.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing data accurately.
