Location Services Specialist
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Location Services Specialist in Chicago, Illinois. The role primarily focuses on administrative and hospitality tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. The Location Services Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and well-maintained office environment and interact with various internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities: Assist in the handling, setup, and cleaning of catered meals. Maintain coffee areas and dishwashers, and set up afternoon snacks. Undertake administrative tasks including front desk responsibilities. Execute small scale office activities to ensure the office runs efficiently. Interact with building management, vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other support services team members. Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and clean office environment. Ensure the office equipment and supplies including furniture, phones, security cards, and supplies are maintained. Actively contribute to the firm culture through participation in internal and client-facing activities. Utilize strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with diverse audiences. Leverage intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Demonstrate strong grammar and prooing knowledge and experience. Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service Proficiency in using 'About Time' software Experience in Workstation Support Knowledge of Security protocols and procedures Experience in dealing with Vendors Excellent Time Management skills Ability to Execute tasks efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Strong Prooing skills Experience in Scale Out operations Must be Punctual and reliable Familiarity with 'Mindset Software' Ability to perform Dishwashing tasks when required Experience in QA Management Knowledge of Support Services Ability to manage Snacks inventory in the office Experience in handling Tear tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a team as well as independently Strong problem-solving skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
