Flooring installer

Part-time

(Hours vary per job)

Salary: $13/Hour

Installer No experience required, but a plus.

We are hiring installers to do epoxy flooring and other types of liquid/poured floors as part of our team. We will train. No compensation for training.

Requirements:

Honesty and reliability - Most important!

Ability to interact with customers on the job (though rarely) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Authorized to work in the United States

100% Fluent in English

Appearance and hygiene commensurate with interacting with a broad range of business owners

Great attitude and desire to work hard

Flexibility and desire to learn

Ability to keep all tools & equipment clean and in good working order

Attention to detail and an organized state of mind

Ability to take direction and execute without variance

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Able to pass background check and drug screen

Able to lift 50 lbs+ using proper techniques

Other miscellaneous job duties such as warehouse maintenance

Familiarity, experience and competency with a variety of tools desired but not necessary.

Work can vary throughout the 7-day week and hours can be sporadic, early or late, depending on the job due to us working when businesses are closed.

This job is an on-site position, meaning that the work is in a different location each job: some outside of Nashville (room and transportation provided on out of town jobs).
