APARTMENT MAINTENANCE JOB FAIR FRIDAY 9/20

$1500 SIGNING BONUS + HUGE RENT DISCOUNT

Margeaux Metairie Apartments has immediate needs for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor and a Maintenance/Make Ready Technician. Ideal candidates will be expected to perform various duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our beautiful community.

Maintenance Supervisor:

Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew

Prepare units to move-in ready condition

Performs various community maintenance functions

Responds to resident service requests and issues

Maintain activity log

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager

Assist with on-call responsibilities

HVAC certification is REQUIRED

Maintenance/Make Ready Tech:

Works with make-ready crew to ensure units are available for prospective tenants

Knowledge and experience with general electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting is needed

Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the community and pick up grounds

Assist w/ on-call duties

HVAC certification is plus
