Contracts Admin
Description We are seeking a Contracts Admin located in Lenexa, Kansas, United States. The role involves managing and billing all customer contracts within the janitorial industry and reviewing accounts receivable customer postings and collection activities for contract accounts. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Supervise the invoicing process for contractual and janitorial additional charge clients, ensuring punctual and precise billing activities. Collaborate closely with operations personnel to guarantee that independent contractor compensation is correctly computed and distributed. Keep a precise and current contract database, which includes arrangement, cancellation, augmentation, diminishing, or operational tasks. Uphold clients' account collections, establishing payment terms while maintaining good customer relationships. Log data related to client collection activities in the respective system. Meet the collections targets set by the management team. Respond to customer inquiries about their account professionally and maintain clear and effective communication with customers. Execute additional accounting responsibilities as required. Periodically review policies and procedures related to the position and suggest enhancements if necessary. Implement Accounting Software Systems, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Billing Functions aptitudes to perform tasks efficiently.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Capability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge of Auditing procedures and practices Ability to manage Billing Functions effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must adhere to professional standards and confidentiality A degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field is preferred.
