Help Desk Analyst
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the Non-Profit industry, based in Bloomington, Minnesota. The primary role of the Help Desk Analyst will involve providing IT support, acting as an IT liaison, and coordinating various facility activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and reconciling various technical issues, facilitating smooth operations within our facilities, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Act as the primary IT support, responding to and resolving various technical issues Facilitate smooth operations within our facilities by coordinating various activities Act as an IT liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and operation Handle Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies Manage Database and EO/IR systems effectively Maintain and manage Active Directory and Apple Devices Oversee Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Handle Deployments efficiently and effectively. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development and ability to create and manage applications compatible with various Android versions. Thorough understanding of Cisco Technologies and experience in its application for IT solutions. Demonstrated experience in Citrix Technologies, including setup, management, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Database management, creation, and optimization. Experience with EO/IR systems, including the design, development, and deployment. Proficiency in Active Directory management, including user account creation, deletion, and configuration. Ability to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain Apple Devices. Solid understanding of Computer Hardware and ability to perform hardware repairs and upgrades. Experience in Configuration Management, including setting up and maintaining hardware, software, and network configurations. Demonstrated experience in Deployments, including planning, executing, and managing software and hardware deployments.
