Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including managing schedules, setting appointments, and preparing sales reports.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.

- Support the sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and following up on sales opportunities.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.

- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

- Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

- Perform administrative duties as needed to support the sales team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
