Office Administrative Assistant
Position: Full-time non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour. This position is based on a 40-hour work week, with a schedule of 7:00am to 3:30pm (half hour lunch) Monday through Friday. Occasionally, hours may vary based on the business needs. In the office presence is required.
Requirements: 2 years of office support experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks - Desktop payroll; QuickBooks Online – create customer invoices, send customer invoices bills, enter vendor bills, pay vendor bills, enter expenses and payments.
Duties include:
Filing
Addressing correspondence (paper and electronic)
Receive bills
Create bills in QBO
Create expenses in QBO
Pay vendor bills (paper check and ACH)
Assist with creating estimates in QBO
Assist with creating purchase orders in QBO
Correspond and follow up with vendors
Create and send customer invoices in QBO
Receive and apply payments in QBO
Create payroll in QBD and cut paychecks
Pay p/r tax obligations in EFTPS
Pay GE Tax obligations in Hawaii Tax online portal
Assist with keeping company compliance and filings
Assist with human resources matters, medical benefits
special projects and run errands
