Diesel Mechanic
Hiring Diesel Mechanics near DIAPay:$23-$33hr DOEShift: Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday1st shift2nd shift3rd shiftQualifications:
+2 years of diesel mechanic experience
Electrical wiring and troubleshooting experience
Welding experience is a plus
Hydraulics experience a plus
MIG welding experience
Must be able to work in all the CO elements
Job Description:
Perform preventative maintenance on various service equipment (medium to large duty)
Tasks include oil changes, wheel alignments, tire rotations, installations, filter changes, replacements, diagnostics, and more
Troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, and test mechanical and electrical components
Drive/Move GSE equipment to the shop if they are unable to do it
Work on gasoline and diesel engines
Get partnered with a mentor to get more on the job training as needed
Track inventory and maintain documentation logs
