Community Support Specialist - Ellensburg

Community Support Specialists (CSS) - PT & FT:

We are looking to hire part-time (0-29 hours/week) AND full-time (30+ hours/week) staff. We have multiple CSS positions available!

Shifts Available:

Swing: 3pm-11pm

Grave: 11pm-7am

Weekends - all shifts (Day, Swing & Grave)

As a CSS you will assist clients to identify and pursue their life goals, promote independence and self-reliance, provide instruction and support to enhance competency, assist in community integration and development of personal support networks, and monitor and promote safety and well-being.

Elmview provides services to ensure that each person achieves their desired quality of life. Support may include money and medication management, health maintenance and monitoring and assistance in developing and sustaining skills needed to live in the community.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

At least 18 years of age

Ability pass Washington State Criminal Background Check per WAC

Ability to meet I-9 requirements

Valid Driver's License

Have NAR license or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment

BBP/First Aid/CPR card or training within 45 days of hire

Ability to meet insurance requirement established by Elmview’s insurance carrier when driving company-owned vehicles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
