Handyman – various types of work. (HVAC a plus.)

Full-time or almost full-time handyman needed to help out with two buildings in Port Chester and a home nearby. Jobs include carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, etc. $25/hour, regular work.

You must live in Port Chester or Greenwich because occasionally there may be unexpected emergencies.
