The GFEBS PM Coordinator shall have the following roles in GFEBS:

A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer

A76 DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller

A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor

A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer

A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer

A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver

A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer

A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter

Time and labor data reporting for GFEBS

Maintains records, files and logs, typing all general correspondence as required.

Ensures maintenance of effective internal controls to assure

Will supervise assigned staff.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school equivalent required

State Issued Driver’s License

Minimum five (5) years’ experience as Office Manager, Office Operations or related fields.

Minimum Two (2) years’ experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirement preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year of successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.

Must complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within 30 business days of contract award date

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Must have working knowledge of computers and the ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Teams, Word and Excel.

Possess a high degree of proficiency in assigned function and attention to details.

Ability to answer multiple telephone lines.

Type or perform data entry activities at 45 wpm with minimal mistakes, preferred.

Maintain neat and orderly files.

Ability to read, write and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English.

Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian customers

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use computer manuals to perform system administration functions.

Ability to use these forms and databases to provide monthly CDRL reports to the Government.

Ability to greet visitors and ascertains the nature of their business and directs them accordingly.

Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions.
