Responsibilities:

Perform precise punch work on remodel projects, including light drywall, trim, paint, electrical, and plumbing.

Complete carpentry tasks like trim work, cabinetry adjustments, and finish work.

Identify and fix any imperfections to maintain quality.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and trades for seamless integration.

Communicate progress and updates to the team.

Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven carpentry experience with a focus on punch/warranty work.

Proficient in trim work, cabinetry adjustments, plumbing, electrical, and finish work.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to project changes and work independently.

Commitment to safety standards.

Must have reliable transportation and own hand tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25 - $40 per hour, based on experience and quality
