Residential Property Management Company is hiring a Property Inspection Technician to handle detailed property evaluations for move outs, move ins and periodic inspections for rental properties in the greater Phoenix area. Our professional team is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to help manage and maintain our clients' single family properties.

Position Responsibilities:

The selected applicant will travel to a variety of rental homes to conduct detailed inspections with documented condition pictures and notes uploaded via online software. Hours are generally Monday through Friday from 830am to 5pm. Employee will be responsible for following an outlined schedule of daily stops, entering both vacant and occupied rental properties in order to document the current condition and any repairs needed and report findings to the office staff. Responsibilities will also include placing notices, performing occupancy checks, placing lockboxes and other field duties as required. Knowledge of the greater Phoenix area is a plus. Requirements include driving your own vehicle, strong organizational and time management skills, some computer/email skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

2+ years' work experience with general maintenance knowledge Reliable Vehicle and Valid Driver's License a must Must have strong organization skills and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with email, smart phone and uploading pictures and documents Punctual, self-motivated and dedicated

Job Description:

Adhere to pre-scheduled inspections for occupied and vacant properties

Evaluate Interior and Exterior Property conditions and properly note maintenance or condition concerns and details

Record Property conditions via concise description and clear pictures

Change HVAC Filters

Post Notices as needed

Place Lock Boxes as needed
