Growing property management company with lots of potential is looking for a full time super to do basic maintenance. The candidate should have the following experience:

Drywall repair and installation, compound and paint, door installation, window repair, floor repair, minor electrical work and minor plumbing repair etc.

The candidate MUST have, car and tools.
