Bad ass Sushi Chef

We are looking to expand our team, potential head chef position available. Omakase is a must.

Requirements:

Must be able to excel in fast paced high volume, high pressure work environment.

Chef needs to be extremely organized, with a great attention to detail and presentation.

Posses a very strong ability to multitask and prioritize well.

Must have Sushi Chef minimum 3 year experience.

Experience with high end Japanese style sushi.

Open availability and is willing to work on weekends and holidays.

A professional appearance and personality, with amazing customer service skills.

Maintain a clean and organized work station.
