We currently have an opening for a talented person to our customer experience team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, phone, and our online forum; and will serve as the point person for our customers and service network. You will also work with internal groups to define products that will allow us to develop a first class customer experience. You’re a great match if you possess exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills, are driven to help customers, and love to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out.

Main Responsibilities:

- Timely respond to customer inquiries electronically or by phone

- Monitor and track customer appointments to completion

- Proactively reach out to customers to bolster high levels of satisfaction and engagement

- Communicate and coordinate with service providers

- Help develop the best customer service products and experience

Requirements for the role:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including an engaging phone presence

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience in medical or the medical device industry is highly preferred!

- Ability to thrive in a startup environment - you can move quickly, think strategically and tactically execute

- Excellent sales, presentation and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales force is a plus!
