Brunch/Lunch cook wanted

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook with brunch experience to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes, including classic and signature items

- Follow recipes and maintain high food quality and presentation standards

- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary

- Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cook, preferably with brunch service

- Knowledge of brunch dishes (e.g., eggs Benedict, pancakes, omelets, etc.)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management and multitasking skills

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (as brunch is typically a weekend service)
